The day begins at 10:00 AM in a countryside estate, where you will enjoy a one-hour walk through the woods alongside a professional truffle hunter and his trained dog, learning how these precious treasures are found.
After the hunt, a light aperitif with freshly shaved truffles will be served on site.
At 2:00 PM, you will move independently to a nearby medieval Brunello castle winery (approximately 15 minutes’ drive) to continue the experience with an immersive cooking class.
In the castle’s kitchen, our chef will guide you through the preparation of a traditional three-course Tuscan menu, with a special focus on fresh pasta, classic sauces, and local ingredients.
Taste the results of your work as you enjoy your three-course lunch, paired with a curated tasting of Four Brunello wines from the estate.
